Distribution of educational kits

Children from the slums of Lahore received educational kits, with all the necessary supplies required to prosper academically. For most this was their first backpack; the smiles on their faces showed their gratitude and the excitement to study at the child protection centres which we are honoured to support. Help us support these street children and give them the gift of education and a brighter future Insha’Allah ♥  

UC3 – from the classroom to the slums

What makes us unique is that children are at the heart of everything we do! From the classroom to the slums, was an eye-opening experience for our young volunteers as it allowed them to reflect on how fortunate and blessed we are to be living here in the UK. This monumental trip to Pakistan gave our youth a chance to live in the conditions that many youngsters across the world are accustomed to. This was a unique experience and one that will be cherished by all those involved. 

Unity through Sports – Football

We’re not just unique by name, we’re unique by nature! We add a personal touch to all our projects, and one that’s favoured by all the countries we visit – is the love for football. 

We incorporate sport into our projects to allow adults and children alike to escape their daily struggles to enjoy a game that’s loved around the globe and one that brings out the passion, fun and energy to those playing and those watching. By providing such opportunities, UC3 unites hearts in the hope to raise a sporting champion regardless of how vulnerable their backgrounds may be. We believe that all children deserve a right to live a fulfilling life and we endeavour to create memories that will be reminisced in the years to come. 

Unity through Sports – Cricket

Smiles all around! Whilst in Pakistan, it was only right to adapt the approach taken with football to a sport much loved by its citizens. Here you can see us playing cricket with the street children, orphans and Usthaads (teachers).

#MannequinChallenge

The Mannequin Challenge was a viral online video trend which became popular a few years ago. In this challenge, participants must stay still in action like a mannequin whilst a moving camera films them. Although we were reluctant to share this video, taken in 2016 from our first ever visit to Pakistan, we thought we would show you how it all began. Our charity approach has always included involving the children in fun activities and creating experiences that they will remember forever.
